Since the fresh truffles need care for shipping, therefore, to ensure that our valued truffle is delivered with great precision, we follow this procedure.
1. The weekly quotation (price & quantity for the week) for fresh truffle is available every Monday morning. So we can mail you directly on the subsequent Monday of the request form submission.
2. We ship within 24 hours when the order is placed and it is very important that customer takes responsibility of collecting the order on time, as indicated by courier service.
3. To ensure freshness upon arrival, we ONLY ship fresh truffle on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday so that the pack arrives within working days of courier without any risk of waste.

1. Shipping cost is 25 euros for any weight/quantity under 3.5 kgs of order in EU, therefore no minimum quantity of order required.
2. For payment, client can pay via credit card. The total of order which is sent to the client is calculated immediately after weighing the product before shipping to ensure precise weight & cost at moment of payment and shipping.
