CARPACCIO AL TARTUFO

Ingredients for four people:

-12 thin slices of beef

-30 gr of Parmesan flakes

-lemon juice

-extra virgin olive oil

-1 bunch of rocket (rucola)

-salt, pepper

-80 gr truffles

Place the beef  slices on a tray

Pour seasoning with salt, pepper, lemon juice, oil.

Sprinkle with parmesan flakes and truffles.

Garnish with fresh rocket and serve after at least twenty

minutes from the preparation.
