SALSA AL TARTUFO

Ingredients for four people:

-butter with the truffle

-garlic, onion

-parsley

-flour

-White wine

-broth

-nutmeg, salt, pepper to taste

truffle slices

Oil with the truffle

Place chopped onion, garlic and brown them in the butter and then add parsley.

Combine the flour with white wine and pour into the mixture

prepared. Add salt & pepper lightly, add a

pinch of nutmeg and mix.

When the sauce begins to thicken, dilute it with the

Broth, add the truffles and an oil with truffle.

This sauce is suitable for  steaks or

other roasted meats, such as garnish of

baked or fried meat.
