CROSTINI AL TARTUFO BIANCHETTO

Ingredients for four people:

-80 gr of white truffle paté

-broth

-butter to taste.

-2 spoons of Parmesan cheese

-flour

– toasted bread

Oil with the truffle

In a pan melt the butter and add the

flour.

Soften with the broth and add the paté of

White truffle.

Cook for two minutes, add the Parmesan cheese

grated and a dash of oil with truffle oil  and spread over

bread and serve.
