GNOCCHI AL TARTUFO

Ingredients for four people:

-400 gr of potato gnocchi

-80 gr of white truffle paté

-broth

-2 spoons of Parmesan cheese

-80 gr of butter with truffle

Add the white truffles, broth and parmesan cheese in

a  pan, cook it all to moderate heat for 2-3

minutes.

Put the gnocchi in this sauce, and while doing it

be careful not to dry out too much, otherwise

add some broth.

Before serving, sprinkle with melted butter.

This preparation is also indicated for the tortellini with

meat.
