NODINI DI TARTUFATA ALLO SPIEDO | GRILLED FILLED CHOPS

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 4 meat chops
  2. 200g minced meat
  3. 160 g truffle sauce
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 onion
  6. Truffle Oil
  7. Salt, Pepper to taste

 

STEPS:

Prepare the filling by browning in a pan: oil, onion, minced meat & truffle sauce.

After 10 minutes of cooking, add egg, mix all together till the egg is cooked, add salt & pepper, remove the pan from the heat.

Make a cut in each chop, like a pocket, fill with the filling and close using toothpicks.

Add salt, pepper to taste and brush with Truffle Oil, then push them onto a kebab stick.

Place on the oven rack and cook for approx. 8 mins on each side.
