Ingredients for four people:
-360 gr of sliced veal cutlet
-20 gr of flour
-60 gr of butter with the truffle
A little broth
-Salt to taste.
Flour and brown the slices with oil and half butter with
Truffle, salt & Broth
Remove the meat, reduce the cooking heat and
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve three pieces with cooking sauce.
Preferably with mashed potatoes or chestnuts.
